Salted Caramel Protein Smoothie

Other than being a great sweet-fix, this is a good afternoon tea option or post-workout snack.;)

Easy to make, delicious and nutritious. 

Here's how you make it.

  • 1 scoop of Vanilla protein powder
  • 2 pitted dates 
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/3 cup cold water
  • Pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt 
  • Blend together in a blender for 45secs.
